Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Shoaib Tour and Travels ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By engaging our services — whether in person, by telephone, or via any digital channel — you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

Shoaib Tour and Travels acts as an authorised travel agent and intermediary. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • check_circleDomestic and international flight ticket booking.
  • check_circleVisa application assistance and documentation services for countries worldwide.
  • check_circlePassport-related advisory and assistance.
  • check_circleTravel insurance facilitation.
  • check_circleHotel and ground transport bookings.
  • check_circleCorporate and group travel management.

We act as agent for airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other travel suppliers. The Company is not itself the carrier, hotelier, or visa-granting authority.

Bookings & Confirmations

  • check_circleAll bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, etc.).
  • check_circleA booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us and full or agreed partial payment.
  • check_circleIt is your responsibility to verify all details on your ticket, visa, or booking confirmation — including names, dates, flight numbers, and destinations — and notify us of any errors immediately.
  • check_circleNames on tickets must exactly match the traveller's passport. We are not liable for denied boarding due to name discrepancies.

Payment Terms

  • check_circlePrices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may be subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
  • check_circlePayment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • check_circleService fees charged by the Company are separate from supplier charges and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • check_circleAll applicable taxes including GST shall be charged as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
  • check_circlePayments made by cheque are accepted subject to clearance; bookings will not be confirmed until the cheque is realised.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • check_circleCancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office or via email.
  • check_circleCancellation charges are levied by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers and are governed by their respective fare rules and policies. The Company will communicate applicable charges at the time of cancellation.
  • check_circleThe Company's service fee is non-refundable upon cancellation, irrespective of the reason.
  • check_circleRefunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30–45 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation, subject to receipt of funds from the supplier.
  • check_circleNo refund is admissible for unused portions of a booking (e.g., unused hotel nights, return legs of a ticket) unless permitted by the supplier's fare rules.
  • check_circleVisa application fees paid to embassies or visa processing centres are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.

Visa Services

  • check_circleThe Company provides visa application assistance as a facilitator only. The decision to grant, refuse, or revoke a visa rests solely with the concerned embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval.
  • check_circleIt is the client's responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and truthful documentation. Any misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent documents is solely the client's responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
  • check_circleProcessing timelines provided are estimates based on embassy guidelines and are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by embassies, courier services, or government authorities.
  • check_circleOriginal documents submitted to embassies may be retained by the embassy. The Company is not responsible for the return of such documents.
  • check_circleClients are advised to check entry requirements, visa validity, and conditions prior to travel. Visa conditions are subject to change by the issuing country without notice.

Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • check_circleHolding a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond the intended travel date, and sufficient blank pages.
  • check_circleComplying with all entry, exit, health, and customs requirements of your destination and transit countries.
  • check_circleArriving at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and immigration procedures.
  • check_circleEnsuring that all travellers under a booking, including minors, hold valid travel documents.
  • check_circleObtaining adequate travel insurance to cover health, trip cancellation, and other contingencies. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all international travel.
  • check_circleProviding accurate personal and travel information. Any additional costs arising from incorrect information provided by the client shall be borne by the client.

Limitation of Liability

The Company acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for:

  • check_circleFlight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or overbooking by airlines.
  • check_circleVisa refusals, delays, or revocations by any embassy or immigration authority.
  • check_circleLoss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal belongings during travel.
  • check_circleAny injury, illness, death, loss, or damage caused during travel.
  • check_circleForce majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
  • check_circleChanges in supplier schedules, prices, or availability after a booking is confirmed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the service fee actually paid by the client to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes & Amendments by Suppliers

Airlines and other suppliers may occasionally change schedules, routes, equipment, or pricing after a booking is confirmed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes. However, we are not responsible for supplier-initiated changes and will assist you in exploring available alternatives where possible, subject to supplier policies and applicable charges.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Travel insurance may cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other contingencies. Where we facilitate the purchase of travel insurance, the policy terms and conditions are governed by the insurer. The Company is not a party to the insurance contract and shall not be liable for any claims under such policies.

Health & Safety Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining information on any health requirements, vaccinations, or medical certificates required for their destination countries. The Company may provide general information as a courtesy but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy. You should consult a qualified medical practitioner and the relevant embassy or high commission for up-to-date requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Shoaib Tour and Travels or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services you consent to the practices described therein.

Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available at our office and on our website. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable statutes.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Subject to the above, the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit or exclude the rights of consumers as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may approach the relevant District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).
